Podcast Feature with NARSA

Empire Radiator was featured in a podcast hosted by NARSA/IDEA on December 2nd, 2021. NARSA is an international association of radiator repair and diesel emission service shops. Through them, we share training, knowledge, and expertise. NARSA/IDEA also has a magazine publication and has meetings held at various locations during the year.
We cover the history of Empire Radiator and how we got to where we are. Our business philosophy – do it right or don’t do it. We educate customers relative to what they actually need, our recommendation, and why.
Empire Radiator is the only shop in the area offering products and services to heavy-duty/industrial, antique, and custom markets. This includes radiators, charge air coolers, oil coolers, fluid lines, and diesel particulate filter service. We offer new, repairs, and complete rebuilding of most of these. If what you need is not available, we can usually make or refer you to another source.
